Monday 20 June
- Bus departs Route 1 and 2 at 6.45am and keeps doing a loop until 8.15am
- Bus departs Claudelands at 5.30 - 6.45pm for both Routes 1 and 2.
- Bus departs Claudelands at 6.30pm and leaves for dinner at Hamilton Golf Club. Bus leaves Hamilton Golf Club at 10.30pm and does Routes 1 and 2. Bus comes back to Hamilton Golf Club for final pick up at 11.30pm and does Routes 1 and 2.
Tuesday 21 June
- Bus departs Route 1 and 2 at 6.45am and keeps doing a loop until 8.15am
- Bus departs Claudelands at 5.30pm for Routes 1 and 2.

Buses will continue to do routes 1 and 2 until 7pm so that delegates can come back to the Gala Dinner at Claudelands.
