Mission: To foster a community of practice of Allied Veterinary Professionals who empower student Allied Veterinary Professionals to become the industry leaders of tomorrow.

Through the Clinical Coaching Initiative, we are training for the future via several avenues including strengthening lines of support for supervisors of student allied veterinary professionals.

The infographics below summaries the Clinical Coaching programme. Clinical coach workshops are NZVNA accredited and early 1 CPD point per hour.

Figure 3: Becoming a clinical coach

On completion of the components as depicted in Figure 3, participants will gain Clinical Coach status. Participants will receive a badge on meeting the above requirements and go onto the Clinical Coach register.

Figure 4 (below) outlines the requirements to maintain Clinical Coach status, continue sharing knowledge and supporting peers and student allied veterinary professionals with the education provider guiding and supporting.

On completion of the online course, clinical coaches will gain Certified Clinical Coach status. An overview of the online course is provided in Figure 5.
