There will be a bus available to take delegates to the venue on Tuesday 29 October at 5.30pm and Wednesday 30 October at 8am. Please ensure that you book flights that will leave you enough time to collect bags and meet at the collection point downstairs by Subway.
There will be a bus leaving the venue at 3.30pm to return you to the airport. The recommendation is to allow at least an hour's travel time therefore we recommend booking flights from 5pm onwards.
If you indicate the bus option while registering we will contact you closer to the event with further confirmation.
If the bus timing is not convenient you can book a taxi or Uber. It will cost you approximately $80-110 depending on the time and how busy they are. Alternatively, you could bus to the Wellington Train Station, take the train to Silverstream and we will arrange someone to pick you up from the Silverstream train station (you will need to notify us of this intention before the conference so we can arrange the appropriate pick up).
There is ample free complimentary parking available at the venue.
