Description

Pulpal injury is a common occurrence in our companion animals and results from several conditions and may remain undetected or undiagnosed for a period. This can lead to the development of sequelae which can significantly impact the quality of life of our patients. Accurate clinical diagnosis may be a challenge, and in some instances, may be quite unexpected in presentation. This lecture discusses the pulp, pulpal response to injury, and diagnosis and treatment options of pulpal disorders with specific case examples.
