VSA Winterfest 2024

Overview

Winterfest is a CPD event for Vets and Vet Nurses hosted by Veterinary Specialists Aotearoa. It is a full-day event with presentations covering a wide variety of topics including critical care, diagnostic imaging, oncology, surgery, internal medicine, nutrition, cardiology, pathology, dermatology, anaesthesia and physiotherapy.

Intended impact

Improve key skills for general practitioners.
Encourage collegiality amongst vets in New Zealand.
Improve communication between specialists and general practitioners.
Providing free CPD to general practitioners.
Provide a platform for questions and feedback from course attendees.
